REFUND POLICY

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship per our warranty. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Please contact us for warranty validation or regarding any shipping errors. We are here to help.

Returns for other reasons, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong product, are only allowed within 30 calander days of you recieving your order. We will not accept returns for items that have been opened or damaged.  Restocking fees of up to 10% may be charged, as well as any original shipping charges if they were paid for by Fuzeblocks. You are also responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
